Description: good Fine. Ex Curtis Clay Collection with his tag. Purchased in 1995. One example found in Coin Archives Pro, lower grade and misattributed. Both issues of RIC have the citizen standing on the ground with no decriptions of the citizen climbing steps, in fact, there is no mention of steps at all.
